Anthony Ryan (Senior Partner & Notary Public)
Anthony was admitted as a solicitor in 1984 after serving five (5) years as an articled law clerk to Mr V Kootsookos as his practical experience for admission as a solicitor while completing his Bachelor of Law. He moved to Bundaberg in 1995 and became a Partner in charge of our Commercial and Conveyancing sections. His principal areas of practice include: Business, Commercial, Conveyancing, and Property Law.
Anthony was appointed as a Notary Public on 14 July 2011. In this capacity he provides the Notarial services, which include authenticating and witnessing documents for use internationally. Anthony is the only Notary Public practising in Bundaberg and is a member of both The Society of Notaries Queensland and the Australian and New Zealand College of Notaries.
Anthony acts as honorary solicitor for a number of local Bundaberg associations and charities and holding positions on the boards and committees of not for profit organisations. The Queensland Law Society appointed Anthony as Senior Counsellor. In this position he provides advice on ethics and the many difficult and sensitive issues faced by lawyers to fellow legal practioners in Bundaberg. This work is particularly helpful to junior law practitioners.

Bruce Dalton (Managing Partner)
Bruce commenced practising Law in 1993 and became a Partner in 1999. His principal area of Law is Personal Injuries and he is the only Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law in Bundaberg.
Bruce has been involved with local Rugby Union Clubs and their administration in the Bundaberg region for many years.

Glen Krebs (Partner)
Glen commenced practising Law in 1995 and became a Partner in 2004. Glen is an Accredited Specialist in the area of Succession Law with his principal areas of practice being:- Estate Administration and Probate work, Succession Planning including Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney, Estate Litigation, Family Provision Applications, advice to attorneys and advice on any other succession related issues.
Glen serves on the management committee and is a past president of Community Lifestyle Support Inc. He is the honorary solicitor for the Australian Red Cross (Bundaberg Branch) and is the Chairman of Platinum Apartments Body Corporate.

Geoff Cunningham (Partner)
Geoff was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2002. He has previously worked for the University of Queensland and the Department of Primary Industries on environmental and resource issues across a range of rural industries including sugarcane, citrus, macadamia and small crops.
Geoff practises in the areas of: Property Law including rural property and business conveyancing, Leases, land resumption and easements, Resource Law including water trading and vegetation clearing, Town Planning and Environmental Law, and Succession Planning for rural businesses.
Since 2004 Geoff has been a volunteer solicitor at the Taylor Street Community Legal Service at Bundaberg, providing free general legal advice and outreach services across Fraser Coast, Bundaberg, North Burnett and the Cooloola Coast regions.

Jason Greig (Partner)
Jason graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and Arts from the Queensland University of Technology. In 1999 Jason commenced a two year Articles of Clerkship in a general legal practice servicing the Ipswich/ Lockyer Valley region. During this time Jason obtained experience in a broad range of areas of law including Family Law, Criminal Law, Succession and Conveyancing.
Since his admission as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia in 2001, Jason has practised primarily in the area of Family Law and exclusively in this area since 2004.

Ted Donegan (Consultant)
Ted was a partner in a Darling Downs firm before moving to the Bundaberg area in 2007. Ted has been in private practice for 20 years. Before that he was employed in the Magistrates Court Service for 14 years.
With considerable broad legal experience, his principal areas of practice today are personal injury, civil litigation, criminal law, police matters and wills and estates lititgation.

Amanda Weier (Senior Associate)
Amanda was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2008 after completing her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and her Practice Legal Training with Payne Butler Lang.
Amanda worked in a boutique Brisbane law firm for four years obtaining experience in a broad range of Succession Law areas including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration, Statutory Wills and a strong focus on Estate litigation. Following a short period of time practising in Wills, Estate and Family Law in regional Victoria, Amanda returned to Payne Butler Lang and provides services in Elder Law, Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration, Statutory Wills, Estate Litigation, Family Law and Conveyancing.

Amanda volunteers time weekly for The Pyjama Foundation as a Pyjama Angel. The Pyjama Foundation is an organisation which assists to empower children in foster care with learning, life skills and confidence to change the direction of their life. She has also been a voluntary adjudicator for the Bundaberg West Rotary Club High Schools Debating competition.
